Description
Celtic Cross (large)
The exact origins of the Celtic cross are unclear, although many believe the symbol to be a combination of the Pagan sun cross and the Christian cross, possibly designed by Saint Patrick in the 5th century A.D. This piece is part of our Cotswold Collection; finely crafted ornaments suitable for indoors and outdoors.
Cast by hand in frost proof casting stone mixed with Iberian marble this Celtic Cross can remain outdoors all year round. It is 22cm wide, 57cm high, and weighs about 3.7kg. The colour is Cotswold sandstone. The Celtic Cross is cast with a strong hook for secure hanging.
Actual colours can differ from the photos. Because all our ornaments are made and finished by hand no two are exactly alike.
