Baby J Dragon Ridgetile (half-round tile)

This is a finely detailed design displaying a sleepy baby dragon. In Victorian times ornamental finials, or ridgetiles, were extremely popular as decorative elements for roofs and gables. In more recent years there has been renewed interest in bringing more life and individuality to buildings, or to replace original pieces.

The Baby J Ridgetile is cast in frostproof casting stone and can remain outdoors all year round. The ridgetile is 29cm high, 26cm wide, 22cm in depth (from nose to tail), and weighs about 12kg. The tile is half-round with an inner width of 20cm. The colour is aged terracotta.

This design is also available on a “V” tile.
