Alligator

This alligator (or is it a crocodile?) can make a unique and interesting addition to your lawn.

Alligators and crocodiles have had symbolic significance in many cultures worldwide, especially in ancient Egypt, where crocodiles were treated as sacred creatures and often mummified. In Chinese mythology the alligator or crocodile is the inventor of the drum, and plays an important part in the rhythm of the world.

Our version is cast in frostproof casting stone and can remain outdoors all year round. Cast in three separate pieces its length is about 125cm, and it weighs about 6.5kg. The colour is olive green.

Actual colours can differ from the photos. Because all our ornaments are made and finished by hand no two are exactly alike.

All our ornaments are cast and coloured by hand in our workshop in Zeeland, the Netherlands.
